Value of Rzebitschek Music Box Movement
By Troy Duncan

Many Rzebitschek musical movements of this size were installed into
musical clocks. Notice the position of the bass teeth are inverted
from most makers. The movement is not worth much (a few hundred
dollars maybe) as it is not special on a stand-alone basis. Yours
appears to be in good structural shape.

If you have the clock or automaton this was installed into, that
would make a substantial value difference.

Kind regards,

Troy Duncan
