Ampico Test Rolls
By Wayne Stahnke

With the help of some cooperative collectors, I have been able to locate,
scan, and restore the master rolls for the two principal Ampico test rolls,
namely 61391 and 70403. In the same spirit of cooperation, I will provide
images of these master rolls to any interested party. My goal is to spur
research into deeper understanding of the Ampico mechanisms.

With best regards,

Wayne Stahnke

 [ Editor's Note:
 [
 [ Wayne,
[ I would very much like to "see" these, and I hope others
[ here with an interest in Ampico encoding will take you up
[ on this. I'm assuming that you are going to provide these
[ as .WEB files suitable for "viewing" with your "view.exe"
 [ program ?
 [
[ Do you, or does someone else in this group know enough about
[ the test rolls, Ampico encoding, and/or Ampico history to
[ annotate what the tests are for ?
 [
[ Thanks much for this generous offer!
 [
 [ Jody
