AMICA an Insurance Company ?
By Bryan Cather

Just a couple things:

Concerning names for this digest: I send out mail every week to
AMICA, but not to the Automated Musical Instrument Collector's
Association. Apparantly, AMICA is also the name of an Insurance
agency...others were saying to Copyright whatever name we chose. I
wonder if "AMICA" is also copyrighted??...

Also, I have recently begun collecting AEolian "Pianolist's Library"
rolls. I only have 5 now, and I'm curious about box color. Two are
red, the others are dark green. Two of the green ones are from an
apparant series called "Modern Masters". One of the red ones
(Cavalliera Rusticana Intermezzo) is labeled "Grand Opera", the other
one (Schubert's Military March) is actually Maroon, and is labeled
"Light Classics of Romance". Did they both start out the same color
and one fade? My fifth roll (Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata) almost
appears black, but it may be dark green. It is labeled "Classics of
Symphony and Sonata". Perhaps someone can answer some of my
questions, like:

     * How many categories are there?

     * Does each category have a different box color?

     * When were these rolls produced?

     * Although they all say "Made in USA", were they actually British?

Many thanks

Bryan S. Cather
