AMICA is "Automobile Mutual Insurance Co. of America", home offices located in Rhode Island since around the beginning of this century.
Given that their logo contains the acronym 'AMICA' and checks are payable to 'AMICA', I'd guess it's a registered trademark or copyrighted (not sure I understand the difference).
