Jelly Roll

Paul Asaro is a very good pianist.  I looked at the web page mentioned
(alas my computer locked up since and I lost the URL) and the Morton
actor's photo looks great!  The show is in San Louis Obispo this
Thursday (April 10th) and I think tickets were $7.  Go see this if you
can!

I met Paul a few years ago in Sedalia and he was playing some very
tough pieces - Waller and JP Johnson, among others.  The web page
didn't even mention Paul's name, but I hope he's doing well and gets
some rave reviews.  Any pianist mentioned in the company of Butch
Thompson and Morten Gullar Larsen can't be all bad!
