Your Letters to MMD
By Robbie Rhodes

Authors, please try to make your letters to MMD resemble the style
of the Digest articles which you read each day. In particular:

1. Sign the letter with your first and last names. Limit your
    signature block to four lines.

2. Begin the sentence with a capital letter, and use commas
instead of ellipses (...). Use 'and', not '&'. Put 2 spaces
between sentences; that's because we edit for best readability
with a monospaced "typewriter" font (like 'Courier').

3. Send a copy to yourself if you wish, so you can see
what I receive, and then compare it with the published
version. Make it easier for me when I edit! :)

Please don't be offended when I change your Subject line; this is
to ensure that the a Search Engine finds your letter on the topic.
(Thanks again to Bob Fitterman for his work on the MMD Archive.)

Thanks,

Robbie Rhodes, sleepy Relief Editor, MMD
