One of my many favorite piano rolls is QRS 2145, "Pack Up Your Sins
and Go to the Devil," which Mike Schwimmer recut back in the 1980s or
so (with words stenciled!).

Recently I found a scan of the vocal score at a Baylor University
web site that I wanted to share with anyone who is interested.  Go to

where you can select each page and print, although I found the
navigation rather tricky.  What worked best for me was to select each
page, hit their "print" button at the top right corner, then select
"print" and limit your selection to either page 1 or page 2 (whichever
contains the image -- it seems to vary for some reason).  Enjoy!
