Hand Cranked Organs - Practical Considerations
By Fritz Gellerman

Regarding hand-cranked organs, this lefty finds that the physical
demands of cranking the organ require changing regularly from left to
right hands. Leftys tend to be fairly ambidextrous anyway because it's
a right-handed world. No problem.
