Is there a comprehensive list of these events, or an organization which
coordinates or tracks them?  I am intrigued by the idea of hosting one
in my newly adopted home of Rushville, Illinois.

There is a fine town square with band shell, lots of flat sidewalks,
heaps of community activity, a vast array of available weekends between
April and November, no real insect problems, a variety of local motels,
B&Bs, parking, and a nice small town atmosphere.  My Ampico is already
pointed out the windows right at the corner of the square opposite the
courthouse!
