Schafer Bros. Piano Movers

My recent experience with Schafer Bros. Piano Movers has been
a nightmare! My piano was moved from Everett, WA, to Orinda, CA,
and they missed their target date by 1-1/2 weeks. We were told the
piano was to arrive on Friday (after already being told it was to
arrive the previous Monday). We were contacted late Friday and told
to wait for a phone call with an estimated arrival time on Saturday
or Sunday.

We waited the entire weekend and there was _no_ phone call. We
repeatedly tried calling the cell phone of the driver, with no luck.
On Monday morning when I finally got in touch with the driver he said
he already left the area and was not coming back for another week to
two weeks. Never, never, never use Schafer Bros. Piano Movers.
