Dan Robinson wrote that the band organ is too loud for the employees.
If the park management is only concerned about the volume level as to
how it may affect the employees' long-term hearing, then the solution
is simple.

There are sophisticated earplugs available that  musicians use that
will reduce music volume to acceptable non-damaging pressures, yet
allow for normal conversation.  There are various qualities and prices
available.  The better quality items are not inexpensive, but I believe
something suitable may be had for under a hundred dollars.

Surely the park management can afford to make these earplugs available
for any employees within ear-damaging range of the organ.  If they
don't want to spring for the more sophisticated earplugs, then they
can pick up a batch of less expensive ear protectors at the local tool
rental.  They carry ear protection that can handle the noise of a jack
hammer, so will be up to the job.

The management would be smart to have the employees sign a document
that they are responsible for wearing the ear protection provided, and
that if they suffer the consequences from not wearing them, that the
management will not be held responsible.

The park should pay for the first pair.  The employee should be
responsible for replacement, if lost.
