Hi,  Well, if my hard disk drive had to drop dead sometime, Friday
morning wasn't the best time to choose.  I spent all day Friday trying
to fix it with no luck.  Then more hours to respond to the many orders
for the book by using a borrowed laptop and webmail.  Let me tell you,
it wasn't fun.  But, I think I got a message to most of you who
inquired.

I got enough orders by noon Friday to claim all the books I have and
then more orders came in that afternoon and Saturday.  If I didn't
reply to you, it was because your message came in after the books were
gone, although I did try to catch up and sent replies to most of you --
Okay, I did miss a couple and I'm sorry.

So, the books are mostly ready to go but I need to get more Priority
Mail envelopes.  Look for them middle to late this week.  I'll contact
the publisher and try to get some more and announce it when they
arrive.  Thanks for your patience.
