Unfortunately I do not have any more of the English versions of the
Kistdraaiorgel book.  I imported 25 copies on two different occasions
and sold them all to MMD members instantly.

It was a real pain to make the arrangements and to pay the club in
Holland that sells the book, because they only take a wire transfer.  I
think Wal-Mart will do a transfer to another country now for $9.95.
Recently I heard that the company has a new interface person who is a
lot easier to deal with -- like they actually answer their email and
read English.
