Kistdraaiorgel Plans Wanted

I'm new to the Digest, and while looking through the archives I noticed
that a Mr. Craig Smith was selling translated plan sets for the Kist-
draaiorgel.  I am wondering whether anyone knows of a source in the
U.S. or Canada that still sells this book?
