Rebuilding the Lauter-Humana Air Motor

The wires connecting the top three pouches to the rocker arms are not the
same length as the wires to the bottom three.  You would logically think
they should be, but they are not.

The difference is slight, and can easily escape notice.  When rebuilding,
don't accidentally switch positions, or you'll have a mess on your hands.
