Scale of Kuhl & Klatt "Accordion-Jazz" Roll

Can anyone send me the Kuhl & Klatt "Accordion-Jazz" roll scale?
This roll has the same 67-hole size and spacing as the Kuhl & Klatt
"Pneuma", but a different layout.
