Hi all!  I have been reading the thread about band organs not running
or poorly running, and you are all right: it's a sad day when big
corporations will invest in new thrill rides but not the band organs
that sit in their maintenance shops collecting dust.

I do have one report to tell you.  I was told in so many words from
Six Flags New England that that they didn't want to spend three grand
to fix the band organ in their possession, and I quote, "Sorry, Jeff,
it was not in the budget to have the band organ fixed."  So I wrote
back and asked if they just want to donate it to me so it will at least
have a home where it will get fixed and played.  Needless to say,
I've had no response to my request.

So, to this day for the last three years, I have not attended 'Sick
Flags New England'.  (Yeah, I am spelling it incorrectly because that's
how I feel about them!)  Anyway, to those MMDers that own band organs,
I am very jealous!  I've always wanted one and I guess it will only be
a pipe dream of mine.  Anyway, take care and keep the music going.
