There are plenty of videos already out there.  Try searching YouTube
for "great dorset steam fair gavioli organs", and also transpose
"gavioli" to "marenghi".  The quality of the videos may not be great,
but show how well these organs can sound when restored and cared for.
I have been involved for many years building and restoring machines
like these, and will say that they should never be seen or heard in
public until they are in good playing condition -- and in tune.
