I just got off the phone with Mike Madeira from Leather Supply House.
Apparently my order got lost in spam e-mail, and he's also been having
troubles with his phone lines due to a flood in the basement of the new
building into which he's moving.  All has been settled, and my order is
on its way.  If anyone else has been having troubles contacting Mike,
keep trying.
