Since we're talking about PVC-E glue again, is there a generic version
of PVC-e glue out there in the form of Aleene's Original Tacky Glue?
I see it locally in the craft stores: Micheal's, Hobby Lobby...

It's a white glue that dries clear and remains flexible, and can be
diluted with water.  It's very inexpensive.  Anyone have any experience
with it?  Is it actually a PVC-E glue?
