Replacement for Lead Tubing

How about the tubing used in automotive engineering for things such
as hydraulic brake pipes, etc.?  I haven't tried it myself but the
sizes that I have seen come close to those of lead tubing.  It is
very easily bent without collapse and can be sealed with epoxy type
adhesives.
