Kohler & Campbell "Tom Thumb" 61-key Player Pianos

I've had several of the little players, both in grand and vertical form.
Supposedly, Kohler & Campbell made most of these.  They often have no
name on the plate, or only a decal, so I assume they were sold under
different brands.  I heard they were mostly made in 1929 as a last
effort to sell players, but the phonograph and radio did them in.
