Seek Simplex 2-tier Pneumatic For Tom Thumb Piano

I find I am missing one Simplex 2-tier pneumatic for my Tom Thumb
piano.  The 2-tier pneumatic is only 1 inch wide vs. the larger
3-tier units.  I would like to buy one or more.  Please help if
you can.
