Well, I could say that I've gotten a lot of practical use out of
the MMD, but I'm just not savvy enough nor do I have the space to
have embarked on restoration.

The thing I'm most grateful for is opinions and information.  They've
led me to wonderful discoveries -- my Pianola (thanks, Julian!) --
and rolls and discs and titles and YouTube videos; I've lost count of
how many tricky items I seen and heard.  And I love sending examples
of beautiful casework to my brother the woodworker; he gets a kick out
of them.

So, I do not have any desire whatsoever to modify MMD.  She's a good
ol' girl; Jody and Robbie, et al, keep 'er running in top condition!
