Wurlitzer Style 50
Wurlitzer Style 103 Band Organ
by Hal Davis

I took these pictures of a Wurlitzer Style 103 band organ at a band organ rally at Crossroads Village in Flint, Michigan, several years ago.  This is the smallest "mobile" parade unit that I remember seeing with any kind of an organ.  A close look will reveal the Honda electric generator below the organ at the rear of the golf cart.

The Wurlitzer Style 103 organ was purchased at an auction in Texas by Stan Whitehurst of Edmund, Oklahoma.  Later Ron Bopp acquired the organ from Whitehurst and mounted it on the golf cart.  That's Ron wearing the black vest and waving.  He says, "I had a lot of fun with that unit!"
