Wanted: Sources for Rolls

I'm hoping that someone on the list may have already compiled an E-mailable list of sources for player and reproducing piano rolls, thus saving me the trouble of researching same for a customer of mine. Ideally it would include mailing address, telephone number, E-mail (if available), etc. Categories would include vintage, new-cuts, re-cuts, custom, mail order/auction.
