In the digest of 7/3 I wrote, "Having spoken with Larry Givens at length about "Re-Enacting the Artist..."
I would like to clarify that I have corresponded with Mr. Givens over the past year, but have never "spoken" with him. I have also been informed that Mr. Givens has indeed been (as he writes on 7/28) "thinking about a second edition of 'Re-Enacting the Artist'." This would be not just a reprinting, but he goes on to write that the book would be "a second edition, with a substatial quantity of brand-new material and illustrations." This work would certainly be welcomed by me and I'm sure many others and I wish Mr. Givens all the best in completing this work successfully.
I apologize for any confusion my earlier note may have caused.
