Here's my best shot at re-typing a copy of the MBSI International
Convention invitation. Not included in the "official" invitation is
exactly what is going to be at "the mart". Mike Ames is planning on
bringing a Mills "Violano Virtuoso" a "nickeldeon-style" machine which
plays a piano and a violin from a paper roll. This is being brought
to demonstrate a MIDI interface and a collection of old and new
arrangements played from 3.5" floppies. There will probably be
other "surprises" we don't know about yet.
I've run this through the spell checker, but there are probably still some
typos in what follows. My apologies for any inaccuracies.

[ Information on the Clarion Hotel was to be entered here but the

[ was to be good for a week before and after the convention. It may
[ still be possible to get this rate for non-convention dates close
[ to the convention
o The town & Country shuttle from the Orlando International Airport to
the Clarion Hotel costs $11.00 per person each way.
o The rental car business in Orlando is very competitive, and the rates are
low compared to many other cities. There will be maps available for those who
prefer to drive themselves.
[ The Quality Inn (800-999-8585) and Peabody (800-732-2639) are the
