Boy...  My computer has been sick... I come back and there is a WHOLE lot of
digests to read...

There seems to be a flurry of interest in rolls to MIDI.  Many contributers
to this list already have their own equipment.  Although the "capture"
mechanisms differ, everyone needs to convert "switch closures" to MIDI.

Is there any interest to subscribers of this list for a general 128 switch
closure to MIDI ON/OFF system.  I wirewrapped and programmed one a couple of
years ago.  It is presently loaned out.

I could create a "kit" circuit board that would use most of my old
programming.  It would take a couple of days to lay out the board and do any
necessary re-programming.

If there are a enough people who could use this, I will do it.  I suspect I
could have a few boards made at about $20 ea.  Parts would run about $40 and
be available from DigiKey, etc.  I would have to offer a programmed Eprom at
cost.
