Truncated Mail ?

My mail ended with
"the magnet return spring does not have very good"
End of Message
This has happened a couple of time such that it appeared there was more to the mail than I got on the screen. In this case is that all there was? If I am doing anything wrong at this end, I will try different settings. Thanks, Bill
