Subject: List of roll arrangers' pseudonyms
Has anyone ever compiled a reference list of pseudonyms for all of the famous (and not-so-famous) roll arrangers?
Examples:
Frank Milne = "Bob Edgeworth" = "Robert Farquhar" = "Jeremy Lawrence"
Max Kortlander = "Ted Baxter"
Robert Armbruster = "Henri Bergman"
Once you know who the *real* arranger is, you can't help but be even more amazed at how prolific these people were!
