Where in the world is Silver Beach?

My North Tonawanda band organ has a pencilled notation "rec'd Nov. 14/45 Silver Beach". I find Silver Beaches in MA, CT, NY and NJ. The previous owner bought it from someone in Long Island, NY, and I find a Silver Beach there on Shelter Island. Does anyone know if there was an amusement park there?
