I don't have data, but in regards to the attempt to sustain 50 inches of water pressure:
This can be done by simply placing a reservoir 50 inches above the bleed hole and connecting the two by a hose. If the reservoir is filled so that the top of the water level is 50 inches above the bleed, that's 50 inches of water pressure. No need to blow with your mouth and the pressure will remain constant as long as the water level is maintaineed in the reservoir. For 40 inches H2O, just lower the reservoir 10 inches. Be sure the tube connecting the reservoir and the bleed is sufficiently large so that surface tension and capillary action effects are negligible (you probably need a feed tube larger than 1/4" diameter).
I had a friend who once told me that I have a knack for stating the obvious. I think he's right.
