Welcome to Dave Geissinger, who mentions cutting his own rolls on the kitchen table. I have clear memories from many years ago watching Robbie Rhodes (a frequent contributor to the MIDI discussions) doing exactly what Dave describes with a ruler and Xacto blade. I think he was real glad when computers came along.
