Standard Action Pedal Pads

Does anyone make reproduction rubber pedal pads with the Standard Player Action logo on them? I've got a 1925 Weaver (York) Standard action, nicely restored by David Hall of Massachusetts, but I'd love to replace the plain new rubber pedal pads with either excellent condition originals or repros with the logo.
Any help anyone?
