Introduction of Wolfgang Heisig
By Robbie Rhodes

Wolfgang Heisig, from the picturesque Dresden region in the former
East Germany, recently joined us, and sent this nice note to
introduce himself. Coincidentally, yesterday I received by mail
the December issue of "Das Mechanische Musikinstrument" journal,
from Germany, which has a nice profile article about Wolfgang which
I'm translating . The same issue also has an article by member
Walter Tenten telling DMM members about the Digest. Thanks, Walter!

I believe that the Hupfeld "Meisterspiel Phonola with Solodant" has
an expression system equivalent to the "Pianola-Themodist" made by
Aeolian Piano Company.
