I second Terry Smyth's suggestion to compile a list of sources of
    supplies.  Durrell Armstrong used  to offer one-stop-shopping but
    he  has  cut  way  back  on  his offerings under  the pressure of
    business economics.  Robert Streicher in Pond Eddy, N.Y. (not too
    far from where I  was born, the once mighty Erie railroad town of
    Port Jervis, N.Y., now a pit of poverty and easy living) has long
    been  my source of  hole punches for perforating Wurlitzer rolls,
    and  I  see  lately that  he  is offering more  items  than  just
    punches.  Jill Cooper was  making nice Wurlitzer unit blocks, but
    bad health may  be forcing her  to quit.  Doyle Lane  has freins,
    shallots,  and  miscellaneous parts  left  over  from  the  North
    Tonawanda organ business.  A couple of different places make roll
    frames and roll spools.  I can offer sources for good leather and
    zephir skin and for dry-waxed roll paper, if such  a  list should
    be undertaken, and maybe a  few other items if  I  sit  down  and
    think about it.
