Cakewalk Problem
By Craig Brougher

Has anyone had a problem with Cakewalk being rather unpredictable in Windows 95? Things it is supposed to do sometimes work, and sometimes don't work. Presently, I'm having problems getting both channels to play audio. I hae checked the soundcard- a Soundblaster 16-- and its diagnostic check claims it's OK, but I get only one channel through cakewalk.

Prior to this, editing functions sometimes worked, and sometimes didn't. And when I would boot it up, sometimes the patches would play normally, and sometimes they wouldn't. They would instead make an orchestra sound like a broken hurdy-gurdy (no offense, Angelo. I actually like BROKEN hurdy-gurdies!)

So if somebody out there could send me their magic wand, I'd send it right back. Thanks.
