Roll Repair Tape-Update #1

I called University Products today and they're sending me their catalog. It looks like Filmoplast "P" archival tape is the way to go. I'll keep you posted with pricing and all my experiences when I get the catalog.
I got on this kick while speaking with Mark Reinhart about Welte rolls. I'm doing a talk at the June AMICA convention on roll collecting, and Mark mentioned this issue as his #1 pet peeve - great rolls repaired with gooey (at least eventually) tape. I promised Mark I would make an issue of this, and I'm off to a good start now - THANKS to all who commented so far!
