Claes Friberg

I too want to express my surprise and great sadness at hearing of Claes Friberg's untimely death. Claes was an enthusiastic supporter of my ragtime & blues recuts, and we exchanged numerous letters over the past few years. I encouraged him to get email, but he said he left the new technology to his children to contend with! Claes showed a lot of enthusiasm for all these AMI topics that we all enjoy discussing here, and he was a real kindred spirit.
We lost a good friend with Claes' passing, and it is indeed a sad time for the AMI field. He will be missed; may he RIP.
