Who is Transcribing Music Rolls?

Several dedicated music-fans have built machines to transcribe music
rolls and book music directly to computer disk files.  Jody and Wayne
Stanke and I are interested in communicating with all these folks, so
that we can work toward a "Standard of Quality."  Would you Digest
readers please send me corrections and additions to the list
below.  Following the name is the reader technique, format, and
resolution.
