Information on Polyphon Disc Music Box

Regarding my request for information about the Polyphon disc musical box with chain drive that I recently purchased, sometimes the most obvious information is found in the most obvious places. Last night I was perusing Ord-Hume's recent book "The Musical Box." On page 235 there it is! An identical model to mine. As luck would have it, the model displayed is also missing the internal separator board. Maybe they never included it from the factory?
Anyway, the book is available from Schiffer Publishing in Atglen, PA. For about $80 it's a bargain.
Mr. Ord-Hume says little about this Polyphon model except that it is a variation and is rare. Any further information would be appreciated.
