Player Piano Company: No More?

I just heard on the vine that Player Piano Company in Kansas may go under. It that true? What a loss that would be. People trying to keep their instruments going will have to scour the earth finding parts instead of having one place to shop. Even if he doesn't have that really esoteric part on hand at the moment, he sure as hell has everything else.
Say it ain't so.....
