Seek Info for Weber Upright

My name is Eddie Fulmer and I live in Northport, AL. I am new at this game so please bear with me. I have just acquired a Weber upright serial # 76352 and am seeking information on it. A former piano tech here in town who worked on players for years actually gave it to me. He had started work on it 10 years ago but had a stroke and could not finish as he lost use of his right hand. He saw my interest while helping me to get my Mom's player going again. What a guy!
Everything seems to be there, but -- (ah yes, there's always a but). The player has been patched, i.e.., if something leaked it was simply shut off. The only thing I can find to help me identify the thing is a number on the stack. That number is 146051. Anyone who can help me in finding out what type action that is so I can order the correct manuals to help me in the rebuilding process would get a great big thank-you.
