Sluggish Reproducing Piano?
By Bruce Clark

One of the most overlooked problems with reproducing pianos is
belt slippage. Belts can stretch, and tension changes. Many
fear that something might be wrong with the player unit. In
many cases all that might be required for a simple cure,
is adding some belt dressing, and/ or adjusting the belt tension.
