Jim Edwards asked for sources for roll boxes.

A few years ago I bought a bunch of rolls that were in custom boxes.  The
seller said he had them made by the French Box Company in Lowell, Mass.
French is out of business, but their successor can make them.  (I asked,
but never ordered any.)  Try calling the Dusobox Company at 508-454-7894;
I believe they are French's successor, and if not, they can probably help
you anyway.  Their yellow pages ad says, "500 Sizes for Immediate
Shipment."
