I want to buy a 28-note Tanzbar concertina.  I have recently acquired
thirty-eight original 28-note Tanzbar music rolls, with nice march and
dance tunes, and now I need an instrument to play them on.  If I am
unsuccessful in obtaining an instrument I will sell the rolls.  In either
