In the John W. Travis book "Guide to Restringing" there is no mention
of Monarch, at least in the index.   Your best bet is to re-scale the
piano, i.e., compute the string tensions, but you would need the advice
of a technician to do this.

You measure the string length and from the note calculate the tension
according to the wire size.  You will probably be in the range from
160 at the top (note #88)  (no more than 175) to 200  (no more than
240) for the last unwound string. (this is a rough guess).

Otherwise find a Monarch from some one here and see if they can get
the string dimensions. The bass strings are duplicated by the maker by
the samples you send to them, or they will tell you what they need.  I
can supply the formula for calculating the string tension according to
length and size, also in a spread sheet format upon request.
