"Personal FX" TV Show
By Bill Wineburgh

Experience: My sister-in-law was recently on an FX show out of NYC.
Her whole family participated and each appeared throughout the show
demonstrating an antique item they had brought. The FX "Experts"
identified each piece and asked if they were being offered for sale.
In my in-law's case, all but one item was for sale and they all sold
-- to people all over the country!

During this show, a gentleman from Raleigh, NC, I think, was the
showcase. He had a large collection of safes in his home, from small
savings banks to 10-ton+. FX broadcast several segments during that
show from his home. He talked about his hobby and told some stories
about some of the pieces he had.

This may be the kind of opportunity Kelly Goodman was referring to,
if someone is willing to share their collection and collecting
experiences with FX in a broadcast.
