Ah, the essential tension between those who have mechanical music
instruments and those who do not!  Let me just observe that many
collectors don't want lots of people to know about their instruments out
of fear that increased demand will raise the price of new acquisitions.

This attitude seems to diminish with age, when the collection is complete
:-)   I have heard grousing more than once when some well-off person
purchases an instrument for more than the going price, since it raises
the expectation of a high price for other sellers.
